Cancellation Policy

In the event that the customer cancels or reduces the ordered capacity by more than 25%:

• later than 20 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is half the price of the accommodation for the first day of stay.
• later than 15 days before arrival, cancellation fee – in the amount of the price of accommodation for the first day of stay.
• later than 7 days before arrival, cancellation fee – in the amount of half of the booked accommodation
• later than 1 day before arrival, cancellation fee – in the amount of booked accommodation and meals for the entire stay.

In case of non-arrival or cancellation due to force majeure, both parties bear the loss equally.
